Workshop Registration and Tuition
The tuition fee includes: - 2-day experiential workshop (14 hours of art therapy education)
- lectures and demonstrations
- powerpoint
presentations
- case studies and treatment strategies
- hands-on assessments and exercises
- 100-plus page training manual, including powerpoint outlines
- drawing, painting and clay sculpture supplies
- two light
refreshment breaks per day, AM and PM
- certificate of attendance documenting 14 hours of training.
Lunch is on your own at nearby restaurants and cafes. Lodging: please see your workshop page
on this website for lodging suggestions. 14 CEUs and 1.0 Graduate Academic Credit are available
and paid for separately to Portland State University. Credit application forms will be handed out at the end of your
workshop.

Group
Rates/Staff Training: We offer 10% savings to
groups of 4 or more participants, space permitting. For more information on special group rates please write us at info@paintedchild.com and include the size of your group and your preference
in workshop location. Thank you! Registration by credit card only. Sorry, we can't accept personal or institutional checks, money orders or POs due to the widespread
use of international counterfeiting.
Walk-in Registration: Walk-in registration is available
on the first day of the workshop, space permitting. Come to the workshop location at 7:45AM and we will fax
your registration (with credit card payment only) to Conference Management Services. You will receive a confirmation
fax back later in the day.

Waiting List Information: If your workshop is full you may
wish to register for the Waiting List by sending your name, email address and the workshop location to info@paintedchild.com. We will contact you in the event of a cancellation on a first come
- first served basis. ATTN: No fees are to be paid for Waiting
List sign-up.
Cancellation
Policy: Registration and payment is online by credit card only. No exceptions! There will be a $50 USD fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card
charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment
is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Workshop cancellations and refunds
are valid until Monday, November 16, 2009 minus a 10% handling fee. No refunds are possible after November
16, 2009, however your workshop fee may be applied to a future workshop anywhere in the U.S., Canada or Europe.
