CEUs and Academic Credit Information
Portland State
University has approved the Healing Children through Creativity: Art Therapy Training Workshop
for both CEUs and one Graduate Academic Credit based on 14 contact hours of education for all workshop locations, except when
provided by the hosting institution.

Application forms for
CEUs and Graduate Academic Credit will be handed out at the end of each workshop to those interested. Simply fill out
the form, include a check, money order, or credit card info and send via post to Portland State University within
10 days of completion of the workshop. PSU will send back to you a transcript documenting either CEUs or
Academic Credit.
